President Jacob Zuma has this afternoon, Wednesday, 15 August 2012, arrived on a working visit in Harare, Republic of Zimbabwe, as part of South Africa's responsibility as the Southern African Development Community (SADC) mediator to facilitate the implementation of the Global Political Agreement.

President Zuma will meet with all parties this evening.

The President will then report the outcome of his working visit to the SADC Summit, to be hosted in Maputo, Republic of Mozambique, on 17 and 18 August 2012.
