Minister in The Presidency Dr Dlamini Zuma to address KZN Women in Leadership Summit

The Minister in The Presidency, Dr Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma will address over 800 women councilors and amakhosi in KwaZulu-Natal and hold a dialogue with them on measures to strengthen the sphere of local government and stabilizing it.

The occasion will also continue the centenary celebration of Mama Albertina Sisulu. It has been observed that local government has a high turnover women councilors. This impacts negatively on the local government sector as more knowledge and experience is lost which stifles development of the local government sector.

This summit will also cover issues that affect women in the workplace and Women in general.
