Deputy President David Mabuza, in his capacity as the Chairperson of South African National AIDS Council (SANAC), will no longer deliver the main address at the World AIDS Day commemoration event. The Deputy President will be tending to his responsibilities as the Leader of Government Business in Parliament. 

The Minister of Health, Dr Phaahla, will now deliver the main message on behalf of the Chairperson of the South African National AIDS Council.
